Agents Choice Media℠ provides professional real estate photography, video marketing, agent-led property videos, Zillow Showcase® ready media, floor plans, and agent branding content. Our services are designed to help real estate agents market listings faster and attract higher-end clients.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Atlanta and North Georgia, including Alpharetta, Marietta, Roswell, Milton, Woodstock, Dawsonville, Buckhead, and surrounding areas. We also travel outside of the area for a fee.

Who are your services best suited for?

Our services are ideal for real estate agents who value marketing, personal branding, and professional presentation. Many of our clients focus on higher-end and luxury listings, but we work with agents at all stages of their business.

Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a shoot?

You can book directly through our online booking system by clicking “Book Now” on the website. Availability is shown in real time, and confirmations are sent immediately.

Can I reschedule an appointment?

Yes. Appointments can be rescheduled through the booking system or by contacting us directly. Rescheduling policies depend on timing and availability.

Can you handle multiple properties in one day?

Yes. We have multiple photographers available to handle many properties simultaneously. If needed, we can schedule back to back when availability allows. If you need help coordinating this, contact us before booking.

What is the fastest way to schedule a shoot?

The fastest and easiest way to secure a booking is to schedule online through our booking system.

Our online scheduler shows real-time availability and immediately reserves your spot once the booking is completed. This is the best way to ensure you get the date and time you need.

How are photographers assigned?

When you book online, our system automatically assigns the closest available photographer who is fully qualified to complete the services requested for your property.

This ensures:

• Faster scheduling

• Efficient travel and arrival times

• A photographer experienced with your selected services

Can I call or text to schedule instead?

You are welcome to call or text with questions. However, availability can change quickly, and online booking is the only way to instantly secure a time on the calendar.

Travel & Service Area FAQ

Do you charge travel fees?

Travel is included for the first 20 miles one way from the assigned photographer’s home base.

If a property is located beyond that distance, a travel fee may apply. Any applicable travel fee is calculated automatically during the booking process, so there are no surprises after the shoot.

Why do you assign photographers based on location?

Our booking system assigns the closest qualified photographer to each job. This approach helps keep travel distances short, reduces travel fees, and allows us to maintain fast and reliable scheduling.

This system benefits our clients by:

• Reducing delays due to long-distance travel

• Ensuring photographers are familiar with local areas

Real Estate Photography

Do you offer same-day photo delivery?

Yes. HDR photography is delivered the same day the property is photographed. This allows agents to list quickly without waiting days for the media.

What editing is included with photography?

Every photography assignment includes professional HDR blending, color correction, blue sky replacement when needed, green grass enhancement, and virtual fires in fireplaces. These edits are standard and included at no additional cost.

What does HDR photography mean?

HDR stands for “high dynamic range.” HDR photography uses multiple exposures blended together to create balanced images with accurate lighting, clear details, and natural colors throughout the space.

How many photos will I receive for my listing?

We do not limit shoots to a fixed number of photos. Instead, we photograph everything necessary to accurately and professionally capture the property.

The final image count depends on the size, layout, and features of the home. Our goal is complete visual coverage that tells the full story of the property, not hitting an arbitrary photo quota.

Video Services

What types of real estate videos do you offer?

We offer MLS-ready listing videos, agent-led property video tours, vertical social media videos, and Zillow Showcase® compatible videos. Videos can be created in horizontal or vertical formats depending on your marketing needs.

How long does video delivery take?

Video delivery timelines depend on the type of video selected. Videos generated from listing photos can be delivered as soon as the same day, but usually by the next morning. On the other hand, most agent-led or cinematic listing videos are delivered within three to four business days. Delivery timelines are confirmed at booking.

Do you support Zillow Showcase® listings?

Yes. We create Zillow Showcase® ready media, including the required photo sets and Zillow 3D Home® tours when needed. We are listed in the Zillow Showcase® system as a Zillow Select Photographer.

Floor Plans & Interactive Tours

Do you offer floor plans?

Yes. We offer professional floor plans, including Zillow 3D Home® tours and CubiCasa® floor plans. Floor plans can include interactive and printable options.

Are floor plans required for Zillow Showcase®?

Yes. Zillow Showcase® requires a Zillow 3D Home® tour. We handle the capture and setup as part of the service.

Drone Photography & Video

Do you offer drone photography and video?

Drone photography and drone video are available as add-ons or included in select packages. All drone flights are conducted by FAA-certified pilots and follow all airspace regulations.

When is drone media recommended?

Drone media is recommended for large properties, luxury homes, land listings, and homes with views, acreage, or unique surroundings.

Packages & Pricing

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is primarily based on the square footage of the property and the services selected. Package options and add-ons are clearly shown during booking.

Can I customize a package?

Yes. You can customize your package by adding services such as drone media, twilight photos, additional video content, or agent branding elements.

Agent Branding & On-Camera Content

Do you help agents get on camera?

Yes. We offer agent-led property video tours and branding content that includes collaborative scripting and on-camera coaching. We guide you on what to say, how to say it, and how to present confidently on camera.

Is coaching included or extra?

On-camera coaching is included in select agent video packages and is part of our collaborative process, not an add-on.

Media Usage & Licensing

How can I use the photos and videos?

Media is licensed for use in MLS, personal websites, social media, email marketing, and property promotion related to the listing and your real estate business. Full license terms are provided during booking.

Can builders or third parties use the media?

Third-party usage requires additional licensing approval. Contact us if extended usage is needed.
