1. Service Agreement

By booking a shoot with Agents Choice Media℠, you agree to the terms outlined herein. We provide professional real estate media services including photography, video, aerial drone coverage, floor plans, and other media-related services for real estate agents.

2. Property Readiness & Access

To ensure the highest quality results and maintain our Same-Day Delivery commitment for HDR photography, the property must be "camera-ready" at the scheduled appointment time.

Our photographers do not provide cleaning, moving, or staging services.

If a property is not ready upon arrival, a delay or rescheduling fee may apply (plus associated travel fees).

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand the fast-paced nature of the real estate market. However, because we commit specific time slots to your project:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Weather-related rescheduling (for drone or exterior work) is at the discretion of Agents Choice Media℠ to ensure safety and quality; if we decide on rescheduling due to weather, no fee will be charged for rescheduling.

4. Payment & Delivery

Payment: Invoices must be paid in full before the final high-resolution, un-watermarked media is released. In some cases, clients may be required to pay a deposit, or pay in full before scheduling.

Delivery: HDR photography and AI-generated videos are typically delivered within 24 hours. Cinematic video tours and custom branding assets typically require 3–4 business days for post-production.

5. Liability & Drone Operations

Agents Choice Media℠ maintains professional liability insurance and follows all FAA Part 107 regulations. With over 12 years of flight experience, we prioritize safety. However, we reserve the right to refuse drone operations in restricted airspace or hazardous weather conditions.
