    How It Works

    Order like normal

    Build a package or a la carte order the same way as any other booking.

    Select "Pay at Close" as a special request

    When filling out our order form, choose "Pay at Close" as a special request. We will then process your request manually.

    Create a Titus account and agree to terms

    Sign up with a phone number and complete a short application. Approval uses a soft credit check only, no impact to your credit score to apply.

    Repay at close

    Repay through escrow, or by debit card if the balance is under $2,500 (Autopay).

    Qualification Details

    What You Qualify For

    Amount

    1.5% of the listing's list price, up to $20,000. Use as little or as much as needed, only the amount actually used (plus the fee) gets repaid.

    Fees

    Start at 0%. Exact rate is shown before checkout. Example: a 4% rate on $1,000 spent means $1,040 repaid.

    Term

    6 months, due at the earliest of the home selling, the listing being canceled or withdrawn, or six months passing since the first payment.

    Eligibility

    Requires an active real estate license in the state and a signed listing agreement for the subject property. Land, commercial property, and manufactured homes don't qualify. Credit score must be above the state-specific limit, checked automatically at the rate estimator.

    Once approved, the same Titus account can pay any business on the Titus network for other listing prep, staging, painting, repairs, and additional marketing, not just Agents Choice Media.
