Intellectual Property & Usage Policy

1. Ownership of Media

All photographs, videos, floor plans, and drone media (the "Media") produced by Agents Choice Media℠ are the sole intellectual property of the creator. Under U.S. Copyright Law, Agents Choice Media℠ retains all copyrights to every image and video file delivered.

2. Limited Usage License

Upon full payment of the invoice, the client (the "Agent" or "Agency") is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive Limited Usage License.

Permitted Use: You may use the Media for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property featured for the duration of the listing. This includes the MLS, real estate websites (Zillow®, Realtor.com®, etc.), social media, and printed brochures.

License Expiration: This license is valid only for the duration of the listing. If the property is withdrawn or the listing expires and is later relisted with a different agent, a new license must be purchased.

3. Prohibited Uses & Transfers

To protect our brand and work, the following actions are strictly prohibited without prior written consent and additional licensing fees:

No Third-Party Transfer: You may not sell, give, or "hand off" the Media to another agent, the homeowner, builders, interior designers, or any third-party vendors.

No Commercial Resale: The Media may not be sold to stock photo agencies or used for commercial advertising outside of the specific property marketing.

No Unattributed Alterations: While standard social media filters are common, the Media may not be significantly altered or edited by third parties in a way that misrepresents our professional work.

4. Media Credit

While not required for standard MLS use, a photo credit to Agents Choice Media℠ is required when the Media is featured in editorial pieces, magazines, or high-profile social media features. Proper attribution helps maintain the professional integrity of the visual assets provided. News media outlets should be directed to contact us for proper licensing.
