When I started Agents Choice Media, I noticed a fundamental flaw in the real estate media industry: everyone was focused entirely on the property, and completely ignoring the agent selling it.
Photographers would show up, snap photos of the rooms, and leave. But luxury real estate isn't just about selling a structure. It's a trust business. Buyers and sellers are choosing you. Your expertise, your network, your brand.
I realized that every listing is an opportunity not just to market a house, but to position the agent for their next big win. That's why our approach is different. We don't just shoot properties, we capture the behind-the-scenes, the coaching conversations, the luxury interactions. Meet Danny Garcia, Founder & Real Estate Media Expert
Danny Garcia is the founder of Agents Choice Media, a member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and a Certified Drone Photographer (CDP), with 18+ years of professional photography experience and over 13 years of drone and aerial imaging experience. His HDR photography mastery was built through years of practice and mentorship from industry leaders, including photo walks and a one-day workshop with Trey Ratcliff, a pioneer of HDR photography.
Before real estate media, Danny was a licensed real estate agent in 2004, and spent 20 years in Miami law enforcement (1992-2012). His long career built the discipline, precision, and integrity that now shape how he runs every shoot. With 30+ years of experience teaching, public speaking, and leading under pressure, including time as the Senior Director of Certification at a publicly traded company. He's an experienced trainer and speaker on technical subjects, on camera and in front of large audiences alike.
That background is exactly why on-camera coaching became a core part of Agents Choice Media. Danny's own time as a licensed agent means he knows the true challenges that agents face. And, 30+ years of teaching and public speaking in front of live audiences means he's spent a career understanding how to be comfortable in front of a camera, the exact skill an apprehensive agent needs to overcome when they are in front of a camera for the first time. He works 1-on-1 with agents during listing shoots, especially those new to being on camera, helping them present confidently, communicate their value, and connect with their audience.
Every shoot is backed by $2M in general liability insurance and $2M in aircraft liability insurance for drone work, well above industry standard, proof available on request.
