How quickly will I receive my photos?

HDR real estate photography is delivered the same day the property is photographed. This allows you to list quickly without waiting days for your media. Delivery timelines for additional services like video or floor plans are shown clearly during booking.

Do you limit the number of photos I receive?

No. We do not limit shoots to a fixed number of images. We photograph everything necessary to professionally and accurately capture the property. The final image count depends on the size, layout, and features of the home.

What’s included with your real estate photography?

Every photography shoot includes professional HDR blending, color correction, blue sky replacement when needed, green grass enhancement, and virtual fires in fireplaces. These edits are standard and included at no additional cost.

In Metro Atlanta, the average pricing for real estate photography varies depending on the photographer's experience, the size of the property, and the specific services requested.

Photography only pricing range from $165 for smaller properties and up to to $495 for larger homes and Metro Atlanta estates.

HDR Photography is our standard! While other companies like HomeJab make you pay more for HDR (calling it a "luxury" shoot), we believe every property deserves to be captured properly. HDR is the acronym for high dynamic range, a technique used to capture details in both bright, well-lit areas as well as the details in the darker areas of rooms.

Aerial drone photography, which offers stunning overhead views and can showcase the property's surroundings, usually adds an additional $100 to the cost for 5 drone photos. Virtual walkthroughs, which provide an immersive experience for online viewers, can range from $150 to $200 as an add-on service.

Twilight shoots capture the property during the golden hours of sunset. This is a premium service that can enhance the appeal of a listing. This service typically costs an additional $250.

Standard edits are included in our pricing. Our real estate photos are delivered to clients with blue skies, fires in fireplaces, TV screen reflections removed, and green grass enhancements. Other photography companies like Zillow®, HomeJab® and others charge agents more for some of these edits.
