Here is a breakdown of what this feature is and how you can use it to stay ahead of the curve.
Showcase Video is a new addition specifically for Zillow Showcase listings. It allows agents to place a short, high-quality video walkthrough directly in the photo carousel [00:08].
The "Second Slot" Advantage: When potential buyers scroll through your listing photos, the video appears in the second slot—right after the primary cover photo [00:23].
Immersive Experience: By combining HD photography, 3D tours, and actual video, you provide a level of immersion that static photos alone can’t match [00:34].
The Rules of the Game
Zillow has strict requirements to ensure these videos maintain a high standard of quality. If these aren't met, the video will not be published [01:43].
Duration: Videos must be no longer than 2 minutes [00:49].
Format: Both vertical and horizontal videos are accepted [00:54].
